Researcher · Psychologist · AI founder
Tech and AI move fast.
People do not.
That gap is where most change efforts fail.
But the gap can be closed — often more easily than most people think.
I started as a clinical psychologist, with individual people in front of me — and saw first-hand what working life can do to us, for better and for worse.
As a researcher, I observed employees and companies through changes large and small, and researched the effects in the short and the long run.
Today I build technology companies that use AI to simplify working life — and each person's working day.
In sum, the roles have changed, but the question has not: How do we create lasting, productive change — for both people and companies alike?
